The winter holiday season is a time of good cheer, companionship and celebration. Nostalgic walks looking in decorated store windows, a cup of hot chocolate or mulled wine. Cookies, carols and twinkling lights. That holiday atmosphere still rings true here in the towns, villages and wine trails of Santa Barbara Wine Country.

You could go to the mall and stand in long lines hoping to find the right gift for your family and friends—or you could take a weekend trip to Santa Barbara wine country and get your holiday shopping done while enjoying a weekend vacation. Avoid the mall traffic and take advantage of all of the events and discounts available here in wine country.

Although the holiday season is celebrated here throughout November and December, the first weekend of December is particularly full of festivals, open houses, tree lightings, music and art openings to name a few. Designated as “Holiday Weekend in Wine Country”, we invite you to join us in the festivities.
